The Horizon team recently attended the UniGroup Learning Conference 2023, which took place from February 23-26 in St. Louis, Missouri. The conference is an annual event hosted by UniGroup, the parent company of United Van Lines, Mayflower Transit, and other moving and relocation companies.
The Horizon team, which included a record number of 10 people from various departments such as operations, sales, customer service, coordinators, and accounting, attended a variety of sessions and workshops throughout the conference. Some of the topics covered included customer experience, digital marketing, and emerging technologies such as blockchain and artificial intelligence.
In addition to attending the educational sessions, the Horizon team also had the opportunity to network with other industry professionals, including representatives from other moving and relocation companies and vendors offering services such as truck leasing and insurance.
